About
Meet Lisa Auricchio, LCSW
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself—not judged or expected to have everything figured out.
My style is warm, authentic, and compassionate. I bring honesty, curiosity, and even humor into therapy because healing doesn't happen only through difficult conversations—it also happens through feeling safe, understood, and genuinely connected.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, explore your experiences with compassion, and begin healing in ways that feel meaningful and lasting.
My background.
I'm an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist with additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1) and extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety disorders.
I believe learning never stops, and I continue expanding my knowledge through ongoing education and specialized training so I can provide the best possible care for my clients.
My clinical work focuses primarily on:
Trauma
Complex PTSD

Who I Work Best With.
I work with women who are tired of simply “getting by” and want to better understand themselves, their patterns, and what may be keeping them stuck. Women who are ready for deeper, meaningful healing, those wanting to better understand their patterns, feel more connected to themselves, and begin healing what they’ve been carrying for so long.
While I work with individuals from all backgrounds, a core focus of my work is supporting women navigating the lasting impact of trauma, anxiety, relationships, self-worth, and life experiences that continue to affect how they feel and connect.
Finding the right therapist matters.
I hope to provide a space where you feel supported, challenged when appropriate, and accepted exactly as you are.
